About Soapvo
Soapvo is three free worksheets and a paid client record for a small private therapy practice in the US or UK. The worksheets size the intake form, the practice budget and the note-writing week from that practice's own figures; the workspace keeps every client with their intake and consent, every session with its note, and every document the practice has issued.
Why this site exists
This site exists because every small practice we have looked at keeps its notes in one place, its bookings in another and its intake forms in an inbox, and nobody can say what the no-shows cost or how many hours a week the notes take, which are the two numbers that decide whether the practice works.
Who it is for
The owner or practice manager of a small private therapy practice in the US or UK - physiotherapy, psychotherapy and counselling, chiropractic, massage, speech and language, occupational therapy, nutrition - usually one to ten clinicians, keeping the appointment book, the intake paperwork, the session notes and the client records
Not a client looking for a therapist, not a student learning to write a SOAP note, not a hospital or health system buying an EHR, not an outsourced billing company, and not a clinician looking for a job or supervision hours
What it does not do
- No clinical advice and no treatment content: what goes in the note is the clinician's judgement, not this product's
- No booking engine, no card payments and no insurance claims: it keeps the record and says plainly what it does not do
- No per-clinician pricing, because a records system that costs more as you hire is one people work around
