What this service is

We are the vendor: Soapvo is sold to you by Ellul Solutions Ltd, with no reseller or introducer in between. It is software: three free worksheets that compute in your browser, and a paid workspace that keeps the clients, sessions, notes and documents you record in it.

How we are paid

Soapvo Pro is $79 a month and you pay us: Ellul Solutions Ltd bills you through Stripe, renewing monthly until you cancel from the account page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Soapvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Soapvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The tool index lists every free sheet on this site with the worked answer its example produces.

No warranty

The sheets do arithmetic on the figures you enter and the workspace keeps what you record. Neither is clinical, legal or tax advice, and the record-keeping duties of your profession and your regulator remain yours.
